1.  Dial  (local access number)* to access the CallSmart network.

2.  Dial the area code and number you wish to call.

Some Tips

          2) Make your local access number a speed dial preset on your phone.

             3) Make sure your caller ID is unblocked.  We use your caller ID to  authenticate your account when you call.  If you do not hear our greeting, call again after you unblock your caller ID.  Here's how:  (*82) 355-2255  

             4) Make sure your phone is set to tone not pulse.
